Fuschia is West Cork’s tourism symbol – lovely hedgerows everywhere teaming with fuschia and monbretia. 🙂

The first time I saw this plant was when I went on a holiday in Kerry, it looked magical to me, then we moved to Connemara and there is plenty there as well. I love it, but because of its crimson colour i find it difficult to capture well on photographs. I am a bit demanding on myself. But I am rarely happy with a fuschia photo.This one came out well enough so I feel encouraged to share 🙂 thanks for you visit
